Meet Sarah
Namaste
Sarah started taking yoga classes in March 2014. After the first class there was an instant connection to yoga and the blissful feeling experienced following a class. After practicing many classes a week for years, she decided to take the next step to following her passion for yoga by attending and completing the 2017 West Hartford Yoga’s teacher training (RYT 200) and immediately started teaching. Her study of yoga, anatomy, and spirituality deepens every day. So far she has taught for friends and family, fellow yogis, at a day camp, at a music festival in VT., and at Hill-Stead Museum. Her journey to a healthy lifestyle really began ten years ago when she chose to become a vegan. From there the discovery that gluten was detrimental to her physically and emotionally led to an even higher elevation of energy. Consistently practicing yoga and lovingkindness have added yet another level to her well-being. All of these life-style changes and practices are a joy for her to share with all as she continues her journey. Besides yoga, Sarah is known to be playing with her chihuahua Patsy, taking a hike, visiting museums, creating art and other creative things, traveling whenever possible, experimenting making delicious healthy food, and hanging out with her yoga pals. She currently resides in Farmington, CT.

Meet Your Body Where It Is Today
All Levels Yoga is designed to be accessible to people of all levels of fitness. During this class, classic yoga poses are practiced with an emphasis on alignment and are taught with options for modifications both to add and reduce the amount of challenge. This class is appropriate for people brand new to yoga as well as folks who have been practicing for some time. My courses and sessions provide an excellent opportunity to exercise your body and mind, but they’re also places to meet and share with other engaged and open-minded individuals. Join Sarah across from the Farmington Bank on Main St in Farmington for a rejuventing all-levels yoga class. This class is free ($10 suggested donaton). This class is cancelled in the case of inclement weather.

Members of the Farmington Field Club can enjoy an all-levels yoga class with Sarah every Wednesday at 10:15am and every Thursday at 4:45pm. $10 cash before class, please.
